CR Lutzke Golf completed a comprehensive, multi-year renovation at Grand Harbor Golf & Beach Club beginning in 2021 with the Harbor Course, originally designed by Pete Dye. The project restored the greens to their original contours and included a complete bunker renovation. The following year, the team returned to fully renovate the Joe Lee–designed River Course, expanding and redesigning greens and reshaping bunkers to better challenge today’s golfer while honoring Lee’s architectural style. Improvements also included a new irrigation system and full re-grassing of the course. In 2026, a newly designed practice facility was completed, featuring an expanded driving range with new target greens, two short game areas, and multiple practice greens.
