Chris Lutzke served as project architect alongside Pete Dye for the club’s 2012 renovation, during which Dye took a distinctive approach to reinterpreting the Donald Ross classic. The work was guided by how Pete Dye believed Ross might design in the modern era, addressing yardages, bunker placement, green contours, and surrounds. CR Lutzke Golf has since completed a comprehensive Master Plan focused on improving long-term playability and meeting the future needs of the course. Select Master Plan projects have been implemented, including bunker renovations, green expansions, and turf reduction.
