Following the completion of the Ackerman-Allen Course, CR Lutzke Golf returned to Purdue University to undertake select improvements to the Kampen-Cosler Course, originally designed by Pete Dye. The work, carried out over several off seasons, included a comprehensive bunker renovation to rebuild and refine hazard shaping and overall conditioning throughout the course. Select tee complexes were also updated and expanded to enhance playability and provide greater flexibility. In addition, the project featured construction of a new putting course adjacent to the recently completed Pete Dye Clubhouse, elevating short-game practice amenities and further strengthening the facility’s standing as a premier collegiate golf destination.
