CR Lutzke Golf completed a Master Plan for the Dye Course at Country Club of Landfall, originally designed by Pete Dye. The plan focused on improving maintainability while restoring key architectural characteristics that had been lost over time. Implemented in 2025, the project included rebuilding and expanding the greens to their original sizes, a complete bunker renovation to update the course to match modern technology and the addition of a new short game practice area.
